11TH AND 12TH CONVOCATION CEREMONIES

The Vice-Chancellor Prof. Nuhu O. Yaqub on behalf of Council and Senate, invites members of the public to the 11th and 12th Convocation Ceremonies of the University scheduled as follows:

• Wednesday, 7th March, 2007 - Pre-Convocation briefing by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Nuhu O. Yaqub. Time 11.00am. Venue: Senate Chambers, Mini-Campus, Gwagwalada

• Friday 9th March, 2007 - Convocation Lecture, Speaker: Mallam Nuhu Ribadu (Chairman EFCC) on The Anti-corruption Crusade: Why? How? The Journey so far. Time: 3.00pm. Venue: Indoor Theatre, Mini-Campus, Gwagwalada.

• Saturday, 10th March, 2007- Convocation Ceremony. Time 9:00am. Venue: University of Abuja Permanent site along Airport - Giri Road.

2006/2007 ACADEMIC CALENDAR
The University reopens for the 2006/2007 Academic session on Sunday 19th November, 2006. All returning Students are expected to commence registration immediately. Details of the registration exercise are available on all notice boards. more»
